hey trackers!

i understand that trainings now is getting tougher and tougher nowadays, especially for the middle distance runners, who have to do about 8km or more endurance long distance runs nowadays. but jiayou! and hope you guys will train hard and try your bests at every trainings.

and melissa is trying to organise a track gathering and it is to try to bond all of us together so i hope u guys and try your bests to help her like telling her the dates that your can attend and all.
